You can purchase spawn from a mushroom farm or online. 4)Maintain the right temperature and humidity: Oyster mushrooms prefer a warm, humid environment, so it's important to keep the growing area at around 75°F and with a humidity level of around 90%. 5)Harvest at the right time: Oyster mushrooms will be ready to harvest in about 21 days of mycellium growth. They will be fully grown when the caps have opened and the edges of the caps have curled up.
